OTP-Based Delivery: Customers will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) upon placing an order through Mpos, which will be required for the delivery handover, ensuring that only authorized recipients receive the delivery.

WhatsApp Transactional Messages: We've launched WhatsApp notifications for MPOS orders to improve customer communication. These notifications include links for payments and invoices, ensuring smooth transaction management. The following new WhatsApp messages will be added.
- Message at Order creation (per weight, per piece)
- Message at Order creation for packages (per weight, per piece)
- Message when Package assigned
- Message when a Package is recharged

Apply Package at Delivery: Once an order is created, it can't be booked into a package. However, you can now sell packages at the time of delivery and also convert an existing order to a package later.

‘H’ code in Barcode Tags: If you select Home delivery 'H' will be displayed in Barcode, Invoice same as ‘U’ for Urgent Order.

90 Days Delivery Rule: If any order has been pending delivery for 90 days or more, the CRM should display a pop-up when the user logs in, prompting them to deliver the order. This rule can be forced, Once active user first have to clear OLD pending orders only then he will be able to proceed further.
