How to configure e-mail templates
Email also acknowledges the customers that their request has been submitted to you in case of out of SMS balance. Just like SMS, emails are also triggered when an event occurs. You can configure which Email should trigger for a particular event like, Order created, Garments ready, Delivery, etc. To configure the Email follow the given steps:
Step 1: Go to the Admin menu and select Email and Mobile App Notification. A new screen will open with some events for which you can set a template.
Step 2: Select an event for which you want to configure the template for the email. Put necessary information into the template.
*Note: It has 3 fields just like an email address, a subject field, text field, and cc field.
