How to configure pick up schedule slots

"Go to Admin-> Setup-> Customer Mobile App-> Pick Up Schedule Configuration". This section will allow you to make necessary changes for the Request Pick-up Screen in the mobile app also for the QDC software. From this section you can perform the following modifications:

Start Time: This will be the first time slot from which customers can register a request to schedule pick up.
End Time: It is the last time slot or closing slot to which a customer can register a request to schedule pick-up.
Interval per Pick up Slot: It is the interval between two pickups slots.
Maximum Pickups in a Slot: This option allows you to maximize the pickup request per slot.
Urgent #1: This text will enable the option to Register for urgent cases pick-ups. In this textbox, you need to add a suitable text for urgent pick cases.
Rate: It will affect the order rate based on the urgent pickup case. For example, if someone books for a pick-up request on an urgent basis and orders are made via pickup request the rate will increase in percentage defined here.
Day Offset: If you choose this option it will be the minimum number of days in which urgent pickup order will be delivered.
Day Offset Hours: If you choose this option it will be the minimum number of hours in which urgent pickup order will be delivered.
Display the next immediate slot available to the customer for pick up schedule: By default, this toggle button is disabled that here option customers are able to find the immediate time slot, by enabling this option your customers won't be able to book for the next immediate slot.
For example, Slot timings are as follow:
9:30 am to 10:30 am, 10:30 am to 11:30 am, 11:30 am to 12:30 pm and so on Now the clock is showing the time 09:45 am and if the toggle button is disabled mean allow to show the next immediate slot, so the next slot 10:30 to 11:30 am will be visible to all the customers otherwise it will show the 11:30 am to 12:30 pm slot.
