Create / Edit a Referral Policy

Go to Referrals → Policy
Fields you control
  1. Minimum Order Value: guardrail against low‑ticket abuse.
  2. Referrer Reward / Referee Reward: ₹ wallet credit—dual‑sided for higher uptake.
  3. Message Template: pre‑approved WhatsApp/SMS/Email copy; keeps every share on‑brand.
Click Save - policy goes live instantly across every touch‑point.

How Customers Share

  1. In the Customer On Demand App tap Refer & Earn.
  2. Choose WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Copy Link - your template auto‑fills.
  3. Only the new customer’s first qualifying order triggers rewards for both parties.
