How to Use:

  1. Log in to your Superadmin account, then 
  2. Navigate to the Admin Menu and 
  3. Select the Omni-Channel Pickup Magic Link. 
  4. Copy the provided code—whether for your website or as a standalone magic link and,
  5. Deploy it wherever needed for seamless integration.

Customer Sales in Focus

The new Customer Search Filter in the Super Admin – Package Screen allows users to quickly find package sales by customer, improving searchability, tracking, and workflow efficiency across multiple stores.

How It Works:

  1. Go to Admin Panel → Package → Sales
  2. Click on Filters and select the Customer Search Filter.
  3. Enter the customer’s name to refine results.
  4. Click on the customer to view associated package sales.

Dynamic Delivery Dates for Laundry Orders

The updated Order - Drop & Pick Up settings now allow separate delivery date offsets for per-weight and per-piece orders, improving control, flexibility, and order management for smoother operations and accuracy.

How It Works:

  1. Go to Admin → Setup → Order - Drop & Pick Up.
  2. You'll now see two separate fields for Delivery Date Offset – one for Per-Piece Orders and another for Per-Weight Orders.

User Pickup Tracking

Now, when a Call Center or Store User creates a pickup from Super Admin, their name appears in reports and scheduler screens, improving tracking, accountability, and coordination for smoother order management.

Super Admin User Filtering

We have introduced a new filtering feature in the Users & Permissions section of the Superadmin panel to enhance user management:
  1. Active/Inactive Filter: Easily filter users based on their status (Active/Inactive).
  2. Default Sorting: Active users are now displayed at the top, followed by Inactive users for better visibility and management.

Service Descriptions Now Visible in the COD App

A Description column is added to Master -> Service, allowing users to edit service details, which will be displayed in the COD (Customer On-Demand) App
