What's new in Version 15.9.5.6 launched in Sep 2015

  1. New Feature: New ICON BASED ORDER GENERATION SCREEN optimized for
    - Garment icons introduced: Screen loaded with icons for most common garments, new icons can be created and loaded on request.
    - Flexibility: Icons can be placed in any desired sequence. So place the garment that is most common in the most easily reachable location.
    - Garments categories introduced: Garments can be organized in groups. These sequences of these groups can be decided as per your convenience. The default category can be chosen.
    - Quick order generation: Reduce order generation time by at least 35% with the new touch/click oriented screen.
    - intuitive: Easy to understand as all the options are visible on the screen. Garments are easier to identify with sharp garment pictures.
    - Urgent delivery request options like Next Day and Same Day can be applied any time while creating and even after creating an order.
    - Order Notes and Workshop Notes can be marked mandatory if required.
    - Quantity field can hold a number maximum of 4 digits. i.e. 9999.
    - Top up Services (Extra Services): A maximum of up to 4 extra services can be applied to a garment while generating an order.
    - Price ZERO alert: Option is now available to set an alarm in case an order is generated with ZERO amount.
    - Brands: Garments brands can be specified while accepting garments.
    - Visual color indicator: Instead of typing the color name, you can now create/select a color.
    - Workload management: Workshop load will be displayed before confirming an order facilitating informed decision while specifying the delivery date for the order.
    - Garments Checked By field can be made mandatory and has been integrated with the order report.
    - Printing can be configured as completely silent, once an order is booked printing can continue in the background and the user can continue with the next order processing.
  2. New Feature: Promotional SMS
    Promotional SMSes can be configured and sent to your customers to share greetings, introduce promotions/discounts/offers or share any news that you want to with your customers. This requires to configure a new promotional SMS account. Option available to send message to all or only to (one or more) selected candidates.
  3. New Feature: Duplicate Invoice Printing Controls
    Printing of individual invoices can now be controlled with access rights. Once an order is generated, the user can preview the Invoice but he will be able to print only if he has access rights for printing. It prohibits the printing of duplicate slips without permission to avoid any pilferage.
  4. New Feature: Garment Return Mechanism
    The complete workflow of garment return introduced: A master screen has been created where all the possible reasons, for returning any garment unprocessed or not charged for, can be mentioned. In addition to the “Send to the workshop” and “Return from Workshop” screens, garments can now be returned from the delivery screen too. The capability has been added to mention the amount that needs to be adjusted for returned garments. A new report has been created to keep a check on Returned Garments.
  5. New Feature: Manage Vendor Accounts
    Services reports are now extended to include records pertaining to Top-up services as well and hence it now enables better management of vendor payments in case services are being taken from any external vendors.
  6. Enhancement: Customer Master
    - Email, Area Location, and Mobile fields can be made mandatory if required.
    - Home Delivery option can be configured as default.
  7. Enhancement: Download Software Back-Up
    Now Cloud license users can also download back up of data anytime on any local machine, pen drive, or external hard disk.
  8. Enhancement: Multiple Payment & Delivery report
    Selected rows from the Multiple Payment & Delivery report can now be exported to excel.
  9. Enhancement: Service Master
    Now services can be categorized as Main Services and Extra Service for ease of use and reporting purpose
