- Customers at Risk Report: This report adds artificial intelligence to the system, it uses complex mathematical algorithms to predict the next order from a customer based on past trends and show you a list of customers whose orders are overdue, and thus there exists a risk of losing a valuable customer. It gives you an opportunity to connect with a customer through an integrated SMS facility within the same software screen or alternatively call them to understand what holds your customer to place the next order.
