What's new in Version 16.10.5.12 launched in Oct 2016

With every update, we intend to solve more problems and make things easier and fast. Autumn update, like a fresh breeze, brings more power to you. With this update, you can configure the emails that the system sends out to your customers as well as the in-app notification to the customer mobile app. Under the Admin menu, we have introduced Email and Mobile app notification configurator that empowers you to the following:
Different types of Emails Configuration:
  1. Customer Pending order and balance due details- This email helps send details to the customer about his order and balance due details. It can be sent through the customer details page.
  2. New Order details- For every order that is generated through the system the order ticket can be emailed to the customer. Once configured, through the Customer profile page, the email is triggered automatically as soon as the order is generated.
  3. Order Completion/Delivery Details- This email is sent once the order is processed and picked up/delivered by/to the customer. This contains the updated invoice ticket. Once configured, through the Customer profile page, the email is triggered automatically as soon as the order is completed.
  4. Pick up Request Acknowledgement - For every order that is generated through the system, the order ticket can be emailed to the customer. Once configured, through the Customer profile page, the email is triggered automatically as soon as the order is generated.
  5. Reschedule Pick up Acknowledgement - This email is basically an acknowledgement sent to the customer when he/she requests a pickup reschedule through the mobile app. This contains the rescheduled pickup date and time as per the request. Once configured, through the Customer profile page, the email is triggered automatically as soon as pickup reschedule is requested.
  6. Cancel Pick up Acknowledgement- This email is basically an acknowledgement sent to the customer when he/she requests a pickup to be cancelled through the mobile app. This contains the cancelled pickup date and time as per the request. Once configured, through the Customer profile page, the email is triggered automatically as soon as pickup is cancelled.
  7. Pick up and Drop-off Request Acknowledgement- This email is basically an acknowledgement sent to the customer when he/she requests pickup with the drop-off through the mobile app. This contains the pickup and drop-off date and time as per the request. Once configured, through the Customer profile page, the email is triggered automatically as soon as pickup and drop-off is requested.
  8. Reschedule Pickup and Drop-off Request Acknowledgement- This email is basically an acknowledgement sent to the customer when he/she requests a reschedule of the pickup with the drop-off through the mobile app. This contains the rescheduled pickup and drop-off date and time as per the request. Once configured, through the Customer profile page, the email is triggered automatically as soon as pickup and drop-off are rescheduled.
  9. OTP- This email basically sends an OTP when the customer is registering through the mobile APP. Please note customer can only register after putting this OTP into the app. OTP is also sent through an SMS on customer’s registered mobile number.
  10. Machine Authentication- This email sends a pin when the user turns on the ‘Access Authentication Feature’. For advanced security, you can enable the ‘Access Authentication Feature’ from the Admin section. This feature enables you to allow specific computers/laptops/tablets/mobile phones to be able to access the software.
  11. Drop-off Request Acknowledgement- This email is basically an acknowledgement sent to the customer when he/she requests a drop-off through the mobile app. This contains the drop-off date and time as per the request. Once configured, through the Customer profile page, the email is triggered automatically as soon as drop-off is requested.
  12. Reschedule drop-off Acknowledgement- This email is basically an acknowledgement sent to the customer when he/she requests a drop-off reschedule through the mobile app. This contains the rescheduled drop-off date and time as per the request. Once configured, through the Customer profile page, the email is triggered automatically as soon as drop-off reschedule is requested.
  13. Cancel drop-off Acknowledgement - This email is basically an acknowledgement sent to the customer when he/she requests a drop-off to be cancelled through the mobile app. This contains the cancelled drop-off date and time as per the request. Once configured, through the Customer profile page, the email is triggered automatically as soon as drop-off is cancelled.

  14. Pick up Request Acknowledgement- This notification is basically an acknowledgement sent to the customer when he/she requests a pickup through the mobile app. This contains the pickup date and time as per the request. The notification is triggered automatically as soon as pickup is requested.
  15. Reschedule Pick up Acknowledgement- This notification is basically an acknowledgement sent to the customer when he/she requests a pickup reschedule through the mobile app. This contains the rescheduled pickup date and time as per the request. The notification is triggered automatically as soon as pickup reschedule is requested.
  16. Cancel Pick up Acknowledgement- This notification is basically an acknowledgement sent to the customer when he/she requests a pickup to be cancelled through the mobile app. This contains the cancelled pickup date and time as per the request. Once configured, through the Customer profile page, the notification is triggered automatically as soon as pickup is cancelled.
  17. Pickup and Drop-off Request Acknowledgement- This notification is basically an acknowledgement sent to the customer when he/she requests pickup with the drop-off through the mobile app. This contains the pickup and drop-off date and time as per the request. Once configured, through the Customer profile page, the notification is triggered automatically as soon as pickup and drop-off is requested.
  18. Reschedule Pickup and Drop-off Request Acknowledgement- This notification is basically an acknowledgement sent to the customer when he/she requests a reschedule of the pickup with the drop-off through the mobile app. This contains the rescheduled pickup and drop-off date and time as per the request. Once configured, through the Customer profile page, the notification is triggered automatically as soon as pickup and drop-off are rescheduled.
  19. Drop-off Request Acknowledgement- This notification is basically an acknowledgement sent to the customer when he/she requests a drop-off through the mobile app. This contains the drop-off date and time as per the request. Once configured, through the Customer profile page, the notification is triggered automatically as soon as drop-off is requested.
  20. Reschedule drop-off Acknowledgement- This notification is basically an acknowledgement sent to the customer when he/she requests a drop-off reschedule through the mobile app. This contains the rescheduled drop-off date and time as per the request. The notification is triggered automatically as soon as drop-off reschedule is requested.
  21. Cancel drop-off Acknowledgement- This notification is basically an acknowledgement sent to the customer when he/she requests a drop-off to be cancelled through the mobile app. This contains the cancelled drop-off date and time as per the request. The notification is triggered automatically as soon as drop-off is cancelled.
  22. Order Received Acknowledgement- This notification is basically an acknowledgement sent to the customer’s mobile app when he/she places an order. This contains the details of the order. The notification is triggered automatically as soon as the order is received.
  23. Order Ready Acknowledgement - This notification is basically an acknowledgement sent to the customer’s mobile app when his/her order is ready for delivery. This contains the details of the order and the amount that is due. The notification is triggered automatically as soon as the order is ready.
  24. Order delivered Acknowledgement - This notification is basically an acknowledgement sent to the customer’s mobile app when his/her order is delivered. This contains the details of the order. The notification is triggered automatically as soon as the order is delivered.
  25. Order Edit Acknowledgement- This notification is basically an acknowledgement sent to the customer’s mobile app when his/her order is edited. This contains the details of the edited order. The notification is triggered automatically as soon as the order is edited.
