- Customer Rating Reports - (available under 'Customer' menu) Business intelligence integrated, this report gives a rating for every customer. It comprises a lifetime rating, based on the total business given by a customer to date, and a current rating, based on the business given by a customer over the last 365 days period.
- New analytics added to the dashboard
- Customer rating: get the customer ratings and revenue generated distributed as per the ratings.
- Active vs Passive Customers: an account of how many of your customers are still active as against how many have ceased to avail of your services.
- Customers at Risk: alarm bell to take your attention towards the customers whom you are about to lose. So better take some action and bring them back. - Customer Landing Page made more intelligent
Vital information added to the customer details page:
- Customer rating.
- Active or Passive Customer – active, if the customer has given you an order over the last 365 days.
- New Customer.
- Customer at Risk – going by the trends, the customer should have given you order by now but there is no order. Take an action now to save the customer.
