What's new in Version 16.7.5.11 launched in July 2016
Hope July is treating you well. Here comes a big announcement for businesses offering home pick up and drop. You can now manage home drop off schedules from the software itself. A big addition to our Customer Android App as customers can now schedule their drop-offs just after requesting a pickup or anytime later. Home Pick Up Scheduler also gets a revamp with new capabilities introduced.

- Life cycle defined for every pick-up request. Each pick-up request is mapped to the order generated against it.

Capability in customer app for customers to request express delivery. Customers are notified within the app about any extra charges, if applicable, for the express pickup and delivery
Customers can add special instructions while placing the Pick-Up Request.
Overdue and Upcoming pick-up request numbers are displayed for better workload management.
Filter pick up requests by date, area/location, and pin code.
Create Drop Offs schedule against the Pick-Up Requests - Home Drop Off Scheduler:
Customer Android App now offers this capability to customers to schedule drop off. This can be done just after the pick-up request is scheduled or even after. The drop-offs request gets stored in the software which can then be managed much like Pick Up Requests. Just in case you get a call from the customer to schedule drop off at a preferred time, you can manually punch in the request in the scheduler. You can configure business rules around time slots, maximum drop-offs in a slot and similar other rules to make it work as per your convenience. - Price list:
Configuring and updating price list is one of the most tedious processes and Mohit Sethi, our champion QDCite, came up with the idea of improving your experience with it. Price list set up gets a major transformation and has become much more intuitive. It looks similar to the order generation screen with all the icons and all you have to do is select the garment, under a particular Service and Category, and mention the price.
