What's new in Version 17.10.7.0 launched in Oct 2017

In this update, we've smashed a few pesky bugs and have made your Quick Dry Cleaning Software experience just that little more seamless, intuitive, and fast. We have brought the much-awaited feature, Customer Sharing across the branches. Along with that we have also brought the Super Admin module which has some of the consolidated reports of all the stores.

This release will lay the foundation for centralized controls for multiple store business. IN FUTURE RELEASES, All masters and configurations will be moved to the Super Admin module allowing changes to master data for all stores to be made from one location, combined reporting will also be available in the Super Admin module on a later date.

New Features:
  1. Single Customer Database: Now you can access every customer across all the stores! This feature allows you to check your customer’s order status, book their order, schedule pickups/drop-offs and fetch their Summarized data from other stores, it will also allow customer search from all stores, summarize data from all the store will be displayed in Customer Order Details page. Order Creation will work as before, order created for any customer in any store will be displayed/processed in that store only, also editing, cancellation, deletion of orders will be done only in the respective stores. Customer rating will be based on orders generated in all stores combined. Anytime a customer is edited or an order is created for them, that customer is moved to the store where the customer’s details or order is created.
  2. Super Admin: This new module has been added to provide you the ease to access all the customer’s data and their reports, from all stores, in a single place. Also, the packages and their reports can be controlled from here, making it easier to create/maintain packages for all the stores.
    Some combined reports, namely
      - Orders
      - Sales and delivery
      - Cash Book
      - Payment Type
    have been added to this module, and will be adding a few more in our further updates. In future releases, all masters and configurations will be moved into this section providing you the ease to make changes for all stores from one place.
  3. Regional Language Support on Invoice: Now you can save your garment names, categories, store name and address in your regional language. Also, you can display your store name and address in your regional language on the invoice. This feature also can be turned on or off as per your need.
  4. New Invoice Format (GST Enabled): The invoice format has been changed according to GST format, Following changes have been done.
      - Customer GSTIN Details: Option to specify GSTIN of customers, it will be displayed on the invoice. Also, the place of supply will also be printed on the invoice according to the customer’s details, automatically.
     - More characters in Customer Name & Address: The customer name & address have been given a character count boost, now add long names and addresses of your customers.
      - GST Bifurcation on Invoice: The tax bifurcation on the invoice would be according to GST norms, which would include IGST, CGST, SGST.
      - SAC Code: You can add the SAC code for the services, and it would also get printed on the invoice.
  5. Same Day Drop-Off: Now schedule same-day Drop-off for your customers using the Pickup/ drop off scheduler itself.
  6. More Power to Delivery SMS: Have your customers ever asked for pending balance or garments after delivery? Extra dynamic variables like Current amount paid, current garment quantity, garment delivered, net amount, etc. have been added just to ease that out!
  7. Improvements in Report: There are several improvements made in the Reports section.
    1.   - GSTIN in Reports: The GST number of the customers has been added in major reports such as Booking, All Customers. We have also added the customer’s state with it.
    2.   - New Predefined Date Filters: New date filters in all the reports! So that you can filter out the data more efficiently.
    3.   - Updated Tax Report: The tax report has been redesigned according to GST, which includes the GST bifurcations.
  8. Referred By: Ever wonder where your customers find you? Use the Referred By filter to check your marketing through different channels, on the Customer Rating page.
  9. Customized Push-Notifications for Mobile APP: Now send customized push notifications to your customers using the Mobile APP Notification configuration screen. Utilize this for your marketing initiative and to connect seamlessly with your customers.
  10. Active/Inactive Garment & Services: Now mark the garments/services which are not in use as inactive, these will not be displayed during new order generation.
  11. Default Payment Method: You can set your default mode of payment so that it will be selected automatically during all your transactions.
  12. Customer Address on Packing Stickers in Workshop Module: The customer’s address has been added on packing stickers generated from Workshop for easy deliveries.
  13. Block Back-Date Expense entry: Entry of backdating expenses can be blocked using special access rights.
  14. Customer Remarks on Booking Screen: The remarks of the customer are now displayed on the booking screen too for better order booking experience.
