Garment Workflow Improvement at Various Stages: QDC offers end to end garments tracking which enables laundry & dry cleaning businesses to track each and every garments at every stage and notify customers.
User can open send to workshop screen
Type an order number or choose from the available drop down
Users can select all garments by clicking on the top most checkbox or scan each garment using QR code scanner.
Users can move selected garments if not using a QR code scanner.
On the right side you have options to mark either Send to Workshop / Receive from Workshop / Ready as per the need.
This new garment selection method is now available on the following screens:
Send to workshop
Receive from workshop
Pending for finishing

As you grow, a strong pilferage control system is needed. QDC helps companies grow by locking/Controlling the information to be accessed by the employees.
Better pilferage control with new rights at the time of New Customer Creation / Updation:
Allow user to change price list for a customer
Allow User to change customer mobile number
Allow User to change customer email id
Allow user to change / update customer name
Allow user to change customer communication preferences
Note: To activate above pilferage control rights, do log in to Super Admin - Admin - Users & Permissions - Select the user - click on View or edit permissions - Extra permission - Pilferage controls section.

When a user searches for a customer, a new page loads and is very fast to move to create an order option. For any pending orders or payments users can check it by clicking on the button named Pending Orders / Payments.
Home screen page : set of Default search option as per last selection
We have given an option to make the last selected filter as default or the user can select any of the drop down and make it default like Name or Mobile or Address.
