1. EDC Integration with QDC
We are thrilled to announce the integration of EDC (Electronic Data Capture) devices with QDC.
Easily configure your EDC device from Store Admin > Payment Gateway Setup > EDC Configuration.
Seamlessly connect your EDC device in association with Razor Pay to capture payments directly from the delivery screen at the store level.
Upon payment acceptance, QDC will automatically update the payment against the corresponding order. The Captured payments will be visible in the various reports at QDC at the Store and the Super admin level both.
The Reports will show the Online transaction ID captured via EDC. Payment mode will reflect Razorpay EDC.

2. Package Unassign
Introducing the ability to unassign packages for customers in case of wrong assigning of the packages or error in package.
If an order is created against a package and circumstances require unassigning, you can now do so by canceling the order.
After canceling the order, navigate to Store Admin > Package > Search Customer > Click on Package and select 'Unassign'.
