Version 24.10.16.1

We are pleased to announce that our upcoming software update is on the way, bringing a variety of new features and improvements. The primary focus of this update includes package date extension and workshop-to-store mapping, which are designed to enhance your operational efficiency and streamline processes.

Customer Advance Changes

We are introducing new enhancements to the customer advance process, which now includes the ability to specify payment mode and advance date when accepting advances. These updates are available for both Store and Super Admin users.

Furthermore, these details can now be viewed in the Customer Advance Report, ensuring greater transparency and tracking for both stores and super admins.

Store-to-Workshop Mapping

In environments with multiple workshops, there is a risk of sending garments to the wrong location, which can cause disruptions in garment tracking. To streamline this process, we have introduced the ability to configure a default workshop for each store, along with the option to select additional workshops where garments can be sent. This ensures garments are directed to the correct location every time.

How to use this feature:

  1. Log in as Super Admin.

  2. Navigate to Admin > Store Workshop Map.

  3. Search for the Store Code and select both the active workshops and the default workshop.

Once configured, the default workshop will be preselected when sending garments, with other available workshops listed in a dropdown menu for alternate selection.

Package Date Extension

We are introducing a new feature that allows users to extend the package date directly on the "Apply Package" screen for both dry cleaning and laundry orders during order creation.

How to use this feature:

  1. Log in as Super Admin.

  2. Navigate to Admin > User and Permission.

  3. Search for the specific user and click on View and Permission.

Under the Extra Permission section, go to Pilferage Controls and select Allow user to extend package date.
